Ordered a pizza for pickup. When driving to get it from Sarnia our car broke down and we had to be towed back home. Called the ladies to let them know we wouldn't be picking up our order and they were very sweet and understanding. Great customer service and I know the pizzas great, not that we got to have any today

*EDIT - Since management has changed, a lot of things with this store have changed! The manager is absolutely amazing and the staff are super friendly! The pizza now is cooked the way it should be... to perfection! No longer are the toppings scarce on the pizza. The decor has always changed and the store looking amazing! Glad to see this business back to the way it once was! Koodos to great management! Godfather’s was at one point in time one of the greatest places to visit for a slice, or a pizza. However, over the course over the last few years, this place and the company itself have went downhill dramatically. I feel the company no longer takes pride in what once was a family friendly establishment. Staff never want to stay and often change monthly. I once used to enjoy going to Godfather’s, now, I drive by without giving second thought. I feel the company could do for major improvement and invest profit into new machines, fixing the buildings, incentive for employees to actually want to stay. The attire in this establishment has been there since the early 90’s.
Good amount of toppings, and sauce is really good. The service was great. Family Cesear Salad is a good size. If only you offered cinnamon sticks as an option with the garlic sticks......see Brigden Pizza, it's really good.
